About 👋
Design can change people’s lives. Technology gets it to them.
I’m Bianca, a Senior Product Designer in São Paulo, working remotely with US teams. I chose to work where design and technology meet.
Today that means designing the whole journey, from the first research call to the message that lands after launch, and building part of it myself in code.

How I work
I go where the user is
Before I design, I go see the work up close, where it happens or in a conversation with the people who use the product. What I see there usually changes the brief.
I read the data before I celebrate
I analyze how people behave with Google Analytics and Hotjar, check SEO, and turn it into UX reports. When a number improves, I test the old version against the new one before calling it a win.
I design all the way to code
I don’t stop at Figma. I build front end in code, with AI, and ship it through pull requests reviewed by engineering.
I make design usable without me
I build the design system and write the guides that let the team, and their Claude, design from it.
AI in my work
For me, AI in design is a judgment call: knowing where it solves the user’s problem and where it only adds noise.
I work with AI on two fronts. I design products with it, from AI search, chat and rewriting to apps built around an AI grader. And I use it in my own process: I ship front end with Claude Code and run agents that draft copy decks, UI specs and data analysis, always under my direction and review.

What people say
I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with many talented Product Designers. Today, I am thrilled to share my endorsement for Bianca Antonini, whose extraordinary work ethic and talent make her a standout professional.
CEO of Savings.Club, my direct manager
Her knowledge includes, but it is not limited to: UI, UX, Design Systems and User Research. What surprised me was how eager she was to learn new things and how quickly she was able to overcome new challenges as they came up. Bianca is easy to communicate with and has a natural gift for leadership.
Back-end developer on my team
She possesses an innate ability to understand user needs and create intuitive and seamless experiences. Her user-centered approach and thorough research skills enable her to identify pain points and design effective solutions.

Off the screen
- On the road

Give me a ticket and I’m in. From Rome to Setenil de las Bodegas, but the Lençóis Maranhenses sunset still wins.
- On the mat

Muay Thai and jiu-jitsu. After getting swept on the mat, a design critique feels like a hug.
- At home

Harry and Pepe to friends. Officially, Harry Styles and Penélope Charmosa.
- At a show

I went to see the original Harry live. The one at home doesn’t sing.
- At the table

My top three: sushi, a caprese sandwich and feijoada. Not on the same day.
